and Lands, supposed to contain about nine hundred & ninety acres to be equally divided 
between them and their heirs
Second: I give & bequeath to my four daughters (namely) Peggy Jones Elizabeth Jones 
Martha Jones & Ann Jones the sum of one Hundred pounds to each of them that 
is to say of four Hundred pounds to be equally divided among my aforsaid 
Daughters to be paid to them at the rate that money now pases in the state
Third: I give & bequeath the rest remainder & residual of my Estate of what kind 
or nature soever to be equally divided among all my Children or their heirs 
or assigns at such time or times & such manner and proportions as my 
Exors hereafter name'd shall judge most condusive to my general good case 
and quiet of my family I do ????? recommend to my Children to live 
in love & particularly request my sons to be kind to their Sisters & afford 
them every Brotherly protection and accommodation in their lives
Fourth I desire that no appraisement being made of my estate and that my Exors 
shall not be accountable or call'd in question in about or concerning any 
waste or loss which may happen in the said residual of my estate so long 
as the same shall remain in the hands of my Children & that no Security 
be required of my said Executors
Lastly: I do hereby constitute & appoint my Brothers-in-law Jordon Densen & 
Joseph Denson and my sons Joseph Jones and Samuel Jones whole and 
sole Exors to this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof 
I have hereunto set my hand and affix'd my seal this twenty third day 
of the eleventh month 1796 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

                             At a Court held for the County of Southampton 
on 15th day of May 1797.  This Will was presented in Court by Joseph Jones 
one of the Executors therein named liberty being reserved for the others proved by 
the oaths of Henry Bulls Edmund Johnson & Zachariah Doyel the 
Witnesses thereto and order'd to be recorded And on the motion of Joseph Joyner 
probat granted &c
